Stilwell Foreign Language School is a technical secondary school, which belongs to a full-time comprehensive education school. The school was founded by the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government, Sichuan International Studies University and other related institutions, and is in charge of Chongqing Municipal Education Commission. Founded in 1993, the school aims to commemorate General Stilwell, promote Sino-US friendship and build a bridge for cultural and educational exchanges and cooperation between China and the United States. General Stilwell's daughter Nancy and grandson John also served as honorary principals of the school.
