Jiao, executive head coach of Hebei Huaxia Happiness: Teaching and educating people is also a coach's job.
China women's football team interviewed Jiao, executive head coach of Hebei Huaxia Happiness. The coach who has been coaching in Hebei for nearly 30 years mentioned the difference between coaching a youth team and an adult team. She said that teaching and educating people is also a coach's job.

1. For Hebei Huaxia Happiness Club, many fans are familiar with men's football and relatively unfamiliar with women's football. Can you briefly tell the fans about the history of Huaxia Happy Women's Football Club?

Jiao: Hebei women's football has a long history. In the history of the national team, there are many talents from Hebei, such as "Miss World Football" Sun, Bai Jie and so on. All players who have a place in the national team. However, with the development of football market economy, there is a certain gap between the development of women's football in Hebei and the good regional comparison.

You have been teaching in Hebei for many years. What do you think of the development of women's football here? Is the reserve force sufficient?

Jiao: I have been teaching in Hebei for almost 30 years. Now, from the perspective of leaders, they attach great importance to the development of young women's football, but there is still a big gap compared with Jiangsu, Shandong and Shanghai, where the situation is better. But now the sports bureau is also actively doing this work. Combined with campus football, the overall development is good.

3. What's the difference between a newly promoted female super and a female super?

Jiao: We really upgraded unexpectedly. The team was lucky enough to come to the platform of women's super league and feel the atmosphere and standard of high-level professional league. Except for Zhejiang team, we are the youngest team on average, only about 22 years old. The team members came with a learning attitude, learning, exercising and accumulating experience from these excellent sister teams to prepare for the National Games next year.

4. Did the team do any special research and preparation for the women's football team in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, and strive for a victory?

Jiao: As the last game of the first stage, we will definitely unite as one. The team wants to win, and everyone attaches great importance to it. I hope you will wait and see.

5. How do you feel about the performance of the team and the players so far?

Jiao: From the whole first stage, we really have a big gap with the strong teams in the game scene. The players in the team have less competition experience, but they have gained a lot. I told the team members to compete with myself first. In the first stage of the game, every game is improving and improving, and the players are really working hard and making progress.

6. You have been leading the team in school for a long time, and all the players you lead are teenagers. What is the difference?

Jiao: I have been leading the youth team in Hebei Institute of Physical Education for a long time. It should be said that there is a big gap between the youth team and the adult team. After all, the youth team is a student, which is quite different from the adult team in training time and appearance times. There are different ways to educate young players, and their professional qualities, including their understanding of skills and tactics, are very different in Hwa-Sung Do.

7. Comparatively speaking, which do you think is more challenging, the adult team or the youth team?

Jiao: Personally, I think that taking teenagers should have more knowledge of educating people. Teaching teenagers is not only a simple training, but also a process of teaching and educating people and cultivating players' world outlook. There are many factors that can bring an adult team together. Training alone, existing people alone may not be able to achieve good results, and many other factors should be integrated.

8. Seeing that you used to be a coach at school, you often emphasized to the players that "if you want to play well, you should be a good person first." Do players in senior teams often say that now? Why do you think it's important to be a good person and play well?

Jiao: I think this is fundamental. Whether young people or adults, this is inseparable. No matter how successful a person is, he must also have a standard of being a man and a certain moral quality. On this basis, talents can only take virtue as their talents, which runs through the growth process of youth teams and adult teams.

When I was in the youth team, I began to coach children at the age of 1 1 2, and was sent to the adult team at the age of 17 and 18. This stage is a very important period for children to grow up. As a coach, we should not only pay attention to the training on the field, but also play many roles. On the court, we are coaches. Off the court, we are more like parents and friends.

9. You have visited foreign countries many times. What is the biggest gain from these experiences?

Jiao: There must be. Japan, North Korea and South Korea, the outstanding teams in Asia, all have their own characteristics. The early "sonorous roses" in China are very high-level teams in the world. Although it has declined in recent years, from the General Administration to the Football Association, it attaches great importance to the cultivation of young people. As long as I put my energy into systematically training players, I am full of confidence in the future of China women's football team.

10, do you have any good suggestions on the way out for female players after retirement?

Jiao: From youth to adulthood, every adult athlete has at least ten years of football experience and is trained as a professional captain. As a coach or leading department, we should first create more outlets for retired players. The number of professional players in China is small. I hope they can continue their professional knowledge and don't waste professional things, such as going to school and sports school, so that more children can be taught to play football.
