The enrollment target is the students who have obtained the certificate of preschool education career instructor (junior); Kindergarten backbone teachers or personnel engaged in related work for more than 1 year and with junior college level or equivalent educational level.

Training objectives Through training, students can master higher-level theoretical knowledge and a variety of communication skills; Master the knowledge of children's innovative education and potential development;

Can use relevant methods to carry out preliminary research work and provide targeted training and guidance to children.

The enrollment targets are students who have obtained the certificate of vocational guidance teacher (intermediate) in preschool education for more than half a year, kindergarten directors, principals and backbone teachers, with bachelor's degree or equivalent.

The training goal enables students to master the evaluation methods of children's development and education and understand the advanced educational concepts and models.

Have certain research ability, can guide teachers to carry out scientific education, and can creatively solve problems in preschool education.

Courses include basic knowledge of infant psychology, infant psychological development and education, critical period and potential development of infant psychological development, application of multiple intelligences theory in infant education, games and infant's physical and mental development, parent-child communication and infant's physical and mental health development, ways and means of cultivating infant's positive emotions, cultivating and shaping infant's good behavior habits, family education and infant's health, evaluation methods of infant's intelligence and personality development, infant teacher's psychological growth, research and introduction of preschool education model and management model, and development and introduction of infant's psychological capital.
