Implementation plan of open recruitment of staff in Tianjin Maritime College.

According to the Implementation Measures for Open Recruitment of Public Institutions in Tianjin (Trial) (No.1 10), in order to make up for the shortage of personnel, ensure the quality of personnel and ensure the smooth development of open recruitment, the open recruitment work plan is formulated as follows:

First, the basic situation of the college

Tianjin Maritime College, established in February 2006, is a higher vocational college of maritime technology in Tianjin approved by the Tianjin Municipal People's Government and filed by the Ministry of Education. Located at No.8 Shen Ya Road, Haihe Education Park, Tianjin, the College is a fully funded institution. Tianjin Maritime Safety Administration is the first institution in North China to offer seafarers' foreign competency certificate training, and it is also the first education and training unit in North China to pass the certification of "Crew Education and Training Quality System" issued by the National Maritime Safety Administration.

(2) Time and method of qualification examination

The cadre and personnel department of the college will notify the candidates who have passed the online preliminary examination to submit materials for qualification examination by telephone or email. Qualification examination time 2014 July 15.

Applicants are required to submit materials: 1 applicant registration form of Tianjin Maritime College; Copies and originals of my ID card, academic certificate, degree certificate and other certificates related to the post, and 5 recent bareheaded 1 inch photos.

All materials provided by the applicant must be true and valid. If they cheat, they will be disqualified.

In principle, the ratio between the number of recruitment positions and the actual number of applicants shall not be less than 1:3. If this ratio is not reached, the number of recruits for this position should be reduced or the recruitment for this position should be cancelled.

Intransitive verb exams and interviews

Therefore, the recruitment is for professional and technical positions with strong professionalism, and the examination is organized by the college itself. Candidates who pass the qualification examination can take the examination (written examination and interview), and the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of 1:3 from high to low. If there are vacancies for interviewers, they will be filled according to the written test scores from high to low. When the number of people who entered the interview for the recruitment position is less than 1: 3, the interview will be conducted according to the actual number of people who entered the interview for the position. The interview content is a structured interview, and those with an interview score below 60 will be disqualified.

Seven. Physical examination and examination

(1) Physical examination

After the interview, according to the test scores from high to low, and according to the ratio of the number of recruits to the number of people who entered the medical examination 1: 1, the list of people who participated in the medical examination was determined, and the cadre and personnel department of the college organized the medical examination at the designated place. Because the applicant voluntarily gives up or does not participate in the medical examination due to organizational reasons or the medical examination does not meet the requirements.

The resulting job vacancies will be filled equally according to the final exam results from high to low.

Physical examination items and standards are implemented with reference to the unified national civil service physical examination standards and procedures before the introduction of the Physical Examination Standards for Open Recruiters in Public Institutions. The post physical examination standards with special requirements for physical conditions shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the state if there are clear provisions of the state.

(2) Investigation

The inspection shall be organized and implemented by the college or the higher authorities. The contents of the investigation include the candidates' ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability, work performance and the situation that needs to be avoided, and the candidates' qualifications are reviewed. After the inspection, the inspection results will be written. Those who are not suitable for employment as staff of public institutions after investigation shall not be employed.

Eight, determine the list of personnel to be hired and the way to publish it.

For the personnel to be hired, the college will publicize them in Tianjin Human Resources and Social Security Network as required. The publicity content includes the name of the recruiting unit, the recruitment position, the name of the person to be hired, gender, admission ticket number, graduation institution or work unit, etc. The publicity period is 7 working days.

Nine. Treatment of recruiters

(a) new recruits in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the city, the implementation of contract management institutions, enjoy the wages and benefits of staff institutions.

(2) The probation period for new employees shall be implemented according to relevant regulations. After the probation period expires, those who pass the comprehensive assessment will be formally employed, and those who fail will be terminated.
