Organization setup of Doumen District Education Bureau
Doumen District Education Bureau consists of five units, including office, personnel supervision office, education office (enrollment office), moral education office and education supervision office (education supervision office of district people's government), with 9 administrative staff. In addition, there are three institutions directly under the Bureau: Adult Education Department, District Education and Research Center and District Education and Equipment Center. 1, responsible for the teaching research and guidance of basic education, adult vocational and technical education and preschool education courses in the whole region, fulfilling the teaching business management function, and giving play to the role of theoretical guidance, experimental research and decision-making consultation.

2, according to the actual situation in the region, put forward the specific plan of curriculum implementation in each stage of education, prepare teaching plans, develop local courses and school courses, prepare local teaching materials, and be responsible for development and research management.

3. Put forward the guiding opinions of local teaching books to guide schools to develop and utilize 9th grade resources; Participate in the construction of national and regional basic education information networks and provide educational and teaching information resources.

4. Formulate teaching quality evaluation standards, organize the monitoring of teaching quality in local schools, put forward opinions and suggestions on improving teaching through analysis and research, and give timely feedback to promote schools and teachers to improve teaching process and improve teaching quality and efficiency.

5. Carry out teaching and research activities, organize teaching materials and teaching methods reform experiments, sum up and popularize advanced teaching experience, improve teaching and research ability, organize excellent courses to observe and evaluate excellent teaching effects.

6. Guide schools to implement teaching laws and regulations, and establish and improve relevant rules and regulations.

8. Providing decision-making consulting services for the administrative department of education; Provide consulting services for schools and teachers. 1, responsible for planning, coordinating, equipping, managing and consulting the construction of modern educational equipment, laboratories, various function rooms and libraries. Responsible for the planning and implementation of regional education informatization projects.

4, responsible for guiding and training experimental teachers and managers in primary and secondary schools.

5. Formulate standards for the supply and distribution of learning tools in primary and secondary schools.

6, responsible for organizing, guiding and coordinating the government procurement of educational equipment in primary and secondary schools, organizing the ordering, supply and management of teaching instruments, guiding the development of self-made teaching AIDS and experimental research activities; Responsible for tracking and checking the quality supervision of teaching equipment.

7, responsible for the organization of experimental teaching, laboratory construction and management of business guidance and work inspection.

8, responsible for the statistics and information collection of the basic situation of primary and secondary education equipment in the region. 1, main task

(1) Take charge of organizing the national adult higher education examination and the national self-study examination.

(2) to undertake the evaluation, management and approval of training in non-academic institutions, carry out modern agricultural technology education, and provide knowledge and technical training and support services.

(3) To undertake the education and training of illiterate youth in rural areas.

(4) To undertake other work related to adult education assigned by the District Education Bureau and the superior business department.

2. Internal institutions

According to the above tasks, the District Adult Education Office has two units (rooms):

① Adult education unit

(four) education logistics industry management guidance center

Formulate and strengthen the management system of fixed assets, school property (property and equipment rental) and key school brands in joint schools, state-owned private schools and kindergartens to ensure the preservation and appreciation of fixed assets and avoid the loss of fixed assets. Manage and guide primary and secondary school students in our district to participate in productive labor and social practice activities to ensure the healthy growth of students. Responsible for the construction and maintenance of primary and secondary school buildings in the whole region.
