Since the second session of the student association of Shaanxi Youth Vocational College was changed for the first time, the construction of departments has always been the focus of the activities and planning of departments. On the one hand, in order to carry out the later work of the department smoothly and efficiently and lay a good foundation for the department, we have established perfect departmental rules and regulations, made great efforts in infrastructure construction, and made the work of the department fully standardized and on the right track in the shortest time; On the other hand, in order to establish a reasonable personnel organization structure, make new members familiar with the work as soon as possible, and make all the work of the department go smoothly, we have organized many training sessions for department members and achieved gratifying results.

1, infrastructure construction work

In terms of infrastructure construction, we take standardization, high efficiency and warmth as the basic goal, pay attention to rules and regulations, file arrangement and other aspects, pay equal attention to system and emotion, which not only standardizes the work of various departments, but also creates a family-like working atmosphere.

Rules and regulations: The basic rules and regulations of the activity planning department are divided into five aspects: duty system, financial system, regular meeting system, member grouping system and department assessment system. The rules and regulations were drafted once and revised twice before being finalized. It has played a very good role in standardizing the work of the department. All members must strictly abide by the departmental system, supervise each other, and be reasonable and well-founded.

Office layout: our office layout is simple and generous, which not only reflects the practicality-all materials related to the work of the department are posted on the wall to provide the latest work information; And create a warm working environment-set up photo columns and message boards for departments so that everyone can feel warm after work.

Archives: We classified and filed the planning, process and matters needing attention of each activity in detail. Good filing work is conducive to our summary of the previous work and to our future work. At the same time, we have also established a talent pool to optimize the department's talent resources.

Office materials: the daily office materials of the department include duty watch, grouping table, duty notebook, work notebook and address book, as well as sign-in table, telephone notification table and special leave sheet specially made for the department. The purpose of preparing sufficient office materials is to facilitate the work, make everything regular and track, and help us finish the work efficiently.

2. New training work

Freshman training has always been a traditional project of HKCSS. In order to let the new department members know about their work as soon as possible and improve their professional quality, in addition to all the training courses of HKCSS, we also organized several training courses for the department members according to the nature and characteristics of the department itself:

The vice president in charge and several other vice presidents also attended the meeting. 1. Regular departmental meetings

Although only two students are arranged on duty every day, the department is often very busy during the duty hours, which shows that everyone really regards Hotze as their home.
