The line width of 1 10mil is definitely no problem. The drilling speed should be maximum, not slow, so that the carving can be fine.
I used to carve very slowly, and found that the score was too thick to use. When the cutter head rotates in situ, a small circle can be drawn on the PCB. I thought I was in Madason, hanging around in a fixed place. Then it was no problem to use full speed. The estimation speed is fast and the centrifugal force is stable.
2. The feed speed should be as slow as 50%, otherwise the cutter head will be easily damaged.
3. Use the knife alignment function, don't look with your eyes. The most convenient place to carve PCB is the conductive surface of PCB. By connecting the signal wire and the ground wire of the knife edge to the PCB board and the cutter head respectively, the height can be accurately determined.
4. The 4.PCB surface is uneven, and the height map can be generated by the tool setting function.
5. Use 3 strips around the wire to prevent solder connection errors.
5. Use green oil and add elastic cutter head to make solder mask (not practiced)
This is a core flaw. Without solder resist, it is easy to lead to solder missoldering. The solution is to generate a circle around the tool path.
