Statistical law enforcement inspectors refer to the personnel engaged in statistical law enforcement inspection appointed or approved by the statistical agencies of the people's governments at or above the county level according to law. In accordance with the requirements of Article 11 of the Measures for Supervision and Inspection of Statistical Law Enforcement, law enforcement inspectors shall participate in training and pass the examination, and obtain the statistical law enforcement certificate issued by the National Bureau of Statistics. Article 4 of the Measures for the Administration of Statistical Law Enforcement Certificates stipulates that personnel engaged in statistical law enforcement shall hold statistical law enforcement certificates. Personnel who have not obtained the statistical law enforcement certificate shall not engage in statistical law enforcement work.
