Recently, a serious traffic accident occurred in the freight branch of a large central enterprise, resulting in two deaths and serious loss of goods and property in 300 yuan. The head office has decided not only to investigate the responsibility of relevant personnel, but also to retrain the responsible leaders of subordinate freight companies. Then, which responsible leaders should be retrained in safety production management training?

The accident shows that there are weak links in safety production management, which need to be found urgently. As an integral part of state property, once the production and operation of branches, subsidiaries, subordinate units and other production and business units of central enterprises have problems, the national interests will inevitably suffer losses. Therefore, it is required to quickly rectify the accident after it reaches a certain level, and at the same time retrain the relevant responsible leaders to re-establish safety awareness. The first paragraph of Article 12 of China's Measures for the Administration of Work Safety Training stipulates: "If a branch, subsidiary, subordinate unit and other production and business units of a central enterprise have a production safety accident that leads to death, the main person in charge and the management personnel of work safety shall re-participate in the safety training." In this case, the freight company belongs to central enterprises and belongs to the subject stipulated by law. Therefore, after such a major accident, the relevant leaders should be given safety education and retraining, and the main person in charge of the freight company and the safety production management personnel should re-participate in the safety production management training.

Measures for the administration of safety production training

Paragraph 1 of Article 12: In case of any production safety accident that leads to death in the branches, subordinate units and other production and business units of central enterprises, the principal responsible persons and production safety management personnel shall attend safety training again.

This regulation specially formulated for central enterprises is considered from the perspective of national management, which can not only safeguard national interests and establish a good image, but also enable relevant leaders to re-establish the concept of safe production and truly attach importance to safe production.
