At the beginning of the year, the technical transformation of equipment was strengthened. Through continuous efforts, it won the first place in safety management and quality standardization of coal washing system in 2005; Won the honorary titles of "Ground Safety Advanced Coal Washing Plant" and "Safety Superior Coal Washing Plant" of Coking Coal Group.

4. Passed the ISO900 1 quality management system certification, and successfully held the first on-site experience exchange meeting of coal quality testing system of the Group Company.

In 2005, we felt the pressure of coal quality management. Since September, the factory has arranged special personnel to make careful preparations and actively started the external audit certification of ISO900 1 quality management system. We strictly implement procedures and standardize the quality management of the whole factory through process control. 5. Completed and passed the evaluation of high-quality and efficient coal preparation plant of Coking Coal Group.

Technically, it is mainly to seriously study the difficult flotation links in the process management of each coal preparation plant. The drug consumption is below 1.2kg/t, and the recovery rate and ash content of tail coal are steadily improved, which ensures the benign cycle of the system. At the same time, the research on technical consumption reduction of special materials such as dielectric loss has been increased and good results have been achieved.

We will implement the second batch of projects in the comprehensive depreciation expense plan in 2006, and focus on the raw coal crusher and quick-opening filter press, and step up the implementation of spare equipment, spare parts and technical transformation equipment in the whole plant.

Pay close attention to the "three determinations" of equipment, strictly implement the responsibility of charter flights, analyze and investigate accidents, and eliminate the impact of sporadic accidents. Focus on strengthening the management of large-scale fixed equipment, all kinds of motor maintenance and comprehensive belt protection management.

According to the newly promulgated mechanical and electrical quality standardization standard of coal preparation plant, check item by item to ensure that the equipment integrity rate is above 98%; Equipment files, nameplates, intact cards and responsibility cards are insufficient to supplement; All kinds of pipelines are incomplete and the signs are not obvious.

2. Production organization

The work will focus on four aspects: raw coal return to warehouse, maximum adaptation of system links, stable production efficiency and comprehensive adaptation of outbound transportation.

Strictly control the whole production process, reverse the daily progress, keep a close eye on the indicators of each time period, pay close attention to the amount of clean coal washing per hour, clean coal output and waste rock pollution, maintain balanced production, do not engage in surprise attacks, and ensure stable benefits.

Strengthen production preparation, do a good job in production preparation during production intermission, and focus on organizing adequate supply of raw coal, transportation of washing gangue, and normal maintenance and repair of intact mechanical vehicles and equipment.

Do a good job in the reserve and supply of raw coal, actively coordinate with the outside world, ensure the transfer of raw coal in Caojiagou, adjust raw coal as much as possible, and make a good reserve of raw coal.

Pay close attention to the management of coal yard, strengthen the on-site organization and coordination between the dispatching room and the coal quality department, plan the storage site in time, and ensure the separation and storage of all kinds of coal.

Do a good job in loading and transportation, fully organize delivery, and realize the completion of the transportation master plan. Do a good job in improving the process organization and links, sum up the production practice since 2005, and realize the stable operation of large-scale systems.

Organize to start the road of raw coal yard, the ground hardening of coal slime yard and the leveling of coal landing site, install the internal voice broadcasting system in the main workshop, and improve the speed of dispatching and command coordination.

3. Process and quality management

Pay close attention to the improvement of product quality and the stability of link system. In production, it is necessary to adhere to the joint and several liability assessment and punishment of product ash exceeding the standard, strengthen the management of flotation process, strictly discharge filtrate and enter the flotation machine for re-concentration, ensure that the ash content of flotation tailings reaches more than 40%, maximize the extraction rate of flotation concentrate and reduce the production cost.

Refine production index prediction and reasonable coal ash blending, and ensure that the loading calorific value of coal is controlled within the index range. Strengthen the "counterpart" inspection of laboratory tests, strictly control the dehydration of clean coal and products contaminated by foreign impurities, and ensure the stability of the quality and grade of products sold.

The link system insists on orderly cooperation, pays close attention to lagging production and weak night shift operation, and the slime water system and gangue discharge system are well adapted to the continuous production with over-designed washing capacity.

4. The diameters of two production bottles were modified.

First, there is no crushing system at Caojiagou wellhead, and a large number of large pieces of raw coal enter the coal yard. At present, the processing capacity of FP50AM double-toothed roller crusher is 80t/h, and the production of three shifts in raw coal workshop can't meet the production needs, and large pieces often enter the system, which causes the particle size of washed raw coal to exceed the standard and affects production.

The second is the problem of filter press. The original design of coal slime per hour was 35.27 tons, and now there are three filter presses with an hourly processing capacity of 24t/h, so the produced coal slime cannot be treated in time and can only be treated by extending the production time. If there is a problem in one of the three filter presses, the slime in the system will not be treated normally, which will affect the production. It is suggested that a quick-opening filter press should be added to the comprehensive depreciation expense as soon as possible.

(2) Pay attention to safety and stability to ensure the safety of one party.

1, training and education

Continue to learn the spirit of the safety work conference of the two companies and the safety performance of the ground units, implement the "five stresses" work supervision, inspection and assessment rules, and continue to strengthen the training of managers at all levels, with the focus on the new "Safety Regulations for Coal Preparation Plants". Continue to adhere to the training work in the first quarter.

On Wednesday, the workshop strengthened the guidance and supervision to ensure the study time, and the study content was close to the actual operation on site to meet the requirements of coal washing production. Timely carry out labor skills competitions for special types of work, skills competitions for laboratory technicians and automobile loaders, and competitions for the best operators of centralized control workers and the best quality inspectors of laboratory technicians.

2, cadre style

Strictly implement the basic safety systems such as cadres going to the scene, checking hidden dangers and grasping "three violations"; At the same time, conscientiously implement the relevant provisions of the management responsibility system of coal preparation plants, such as safety assessment rules, safety evaluation system, monthly safety ranking assessment method of workshops, safety performance assessment method of third-level cadres, accident handling organization procedures and accident analysis and investigation system, and strictly assess the safety production and operation of third-level cadres and workshops.

We will faithfully implement the ten-month inspection and evaluation system, and refine the completion of special treatment, three violations, hidden dangers, engineering quality and standardization work into the cadre achievements, which will be assessed as the monthly safety performance assessment content of cadres at all levels.

3. Basic management

4. On-site standardized management to achieve intrinsic safety.

(5) The foundation of the weighbridge house shall be raised by 0.5m, and the surrounding area shall be well drained. (6) Slope protection treatment for the foundation of tower 5 of ropeway. The person in charge of the above work has been made clear and must be completed on time and with good quality.

5. Integrity and stability
