Nanhua County is a county under the jurisdiction of Wei Chu. Formerly known as Zhennan, 1954 was changed to Nanhua County, meaning "the beauty of southwest". Located in the west of Chuxiong Prefecture, Yunnan Province, it borders Mouding County in the east, Chuxiong City in the southeast, Jingdong Yi Autonomous County in the south, Midu County in the west, Xiangyun County and Yao 'an in the north. The county seat is 33 kilometers away from Chuxiong, the state capital, 0/92 kilometers away from Kunming, the provincial capital, and 0/75 kilometers away from Dali. It covers an area of 2,343 square kilometers. According to the data of the seventh census, as of 0: 00 1 1 in June 2020, the resident population of Nanhua County was 203,704.
