1. Registration and inspection

According to the announcement, the registration time for the 20 1 1 exam is from June 20th to July 3rd, and the inspection time for Beijing test center is from June 27th to July 22nd, and the inspection time for other 17 test centers is from June 27th to July 5th. The registration method is to log on to the website of China National Intellectual Property Administration for online registration, and during the inspection, bring relevant materials to the registration place set up by the Intellectual Property Office of the province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government) where the selected test center is located for inspection and payment.

Step 2 check

For the examination, the announcement stipulates that the 20 1 1 national patent agent qualification examination will be held at 1 1 from 5 to 6 October. The announcement further stipulates the subjects, time and method of the examination, the publication of examination questions, the determination of scores, the issuance of certificates, the examination guide, pre-examination training and other matters.

3. Applicants from Hong Kong and Macao

The "Announcement" has made special provisions for residents of Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions to take the agent examination. The registration time for residents of Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions to take the exam is also 20 1 1 from June 20th to July 3rd. The registration method was changed from last year's letter registration to online registration. Applicants from Hong Kong and Macao who are allowed to take the examination should report to the Guangzhou test center through 20111.4, pay the registration fee and get the admission ticket. Unless otherwise specified in the announcement, matters concerning the participation of residents of Hongkong and Macao Special Administrative Regions in the examination shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of China National Intellectual Property Administration Announcement 10 1 issued on April 26th, 2004.
