What does paid registration mean?
It means that there is a charge for signing up for this institution or unit.

Recently, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Department of Education and the Provincial Market Supervision Administration jointly issued a notice on strengthening the supervision of off-campus training fees for compulsory education.

Subjects include morality and the rule of law, Chinese, history, geography, mathematics, foreign languages (English, Japanese, Russian), physics, chemistry, biology, and the learning contents of the above subjects stipulated by the national curriculum standards. The standard class hours for off-campus training of offline subjects are 45 minutes, and the standard class hours for off-campus training of online subjects are 30 minutes.

If the actual class hours are inconsistent with the standard class hours, they will be converted in proportion. Class types are divided into three types: large class, middle class and small class. The benchmark fees for off-campus training of offline subjects are: 25 yuan in the big class, 40 yuan in the middle class and 60 yuan in the small class.
