Conditions for applying for human resources:

Hr administrator (one of the following conditions)

(1) Have been engaged in this occupation continuously for more than 1 year.

(2) Obtain a certificate of completion after training.

Assistant Human Resources Manager (one of the following conditions)

(1) Engaged in this occupation for more than 6 years.

(2) After obtaining the vocational qualification certificate of hr administrator, he has worked continuously for 3 years and obtained the certificate of completion after training.

(3) College degree, and engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years.

(4) Bachelor degree, with certificate of completion after training.

(5) Have a master's degree or above.

Human resource manager (one of the following conditions)

(1) Have been engaged in this occupation continuously for more than 3 years1.

(2) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of assistant human resource manager, he has worked continuously for 4 years and obtained the certificate of completion after training.

(3) Bachelor degree, working for 5 years.

(4) Bachelor degree. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of assistant manager of human resources, he has worked for 3 years and obtained the certificate of completion after training.

(5) Master degree or above, and have been engaged in this occupation for 2 years continuously.

Senior human engineer (one of the following conditions)

(1) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of human resource manager, he has worked continuously for 3 years and obtained the certificate of completion after training.

(2) Have a doctoral degree (including equivalent education), have worked for more than 3 years, and have obtained a certificate of completion after training.

(3) Have a master's degree (including equivalent education), have worked for more than 6 years, and have obtained a certificate of completion after training.

(4) Have a bachelor's degree (including equivalent education), have worked for more than 9 years, and have obtained a certificate of completion after training.
