Let me introduce myself first. My name is Zhu Yunhe. I was born in Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province 1993. 1x entered Hefei University of Technology to study civil engineering. In July last year, he entered the general contracting of the Third Bureau for training, and then entered the business management department of Zhengzhou Branch to engage in professional subcontracting management.

Before I officially start my speech, I want to thank my teacher and manager, but I still like to call her Sister Ma. Sister Ma is not only beautiful, but also a strong woman at work. In the one-year work and life, I feel very cordial with Sister Ma's care and help. Besides Sister Ma, I also want to thank our department manager, Manager Rui Liu. Today, my report mainly comes from two aspects, one is a review and summary of the work in the past year, and the other is a prospect plan for the future work.

6. First of all, let me introduce my work. My position is the budget officer of the Ministry of Commerce, but unlike the work of my business colleagues on the project, I am mainly responsible for professional subcontracting bidding. I think my work is mainly divided into four stages: first, the pre-bid information preparation stage, second, the bid opening stage, third, the contract signing stage, and fourth, the late performance coordination stage. I have always believed that this job is more than just a process job.

Secondly, some brief reports on the work in the past year: 94 tenders were invited, and the bids were opened every 2.7 working days on average; The bidding amount is 447 million, and the yield is 25.16%; 63 requests for instructions were distributed, and one request was processed every four days on average; A total of 32 professional subcontracting teams were introduced.

8. Then talk about the growth process as a professional subcontractor in the past year. I think it is mainly divided into four stages: first, I was very confused in the first two months when I first joined the company. I still don't have a clear understanding of professional subcontracting, and I have to deal with some trivial things like cats and tigers. Second, in the next two months, I will get started. At this stage, I can basically complete the bid opening of a professional subcontract independently. For me, the most important transition period began in June last year 165438+ 10. My partner's brother took a leave of absence for some time due to physical reasons. During this period, many subcontracting applications poured in, and the burden of professional subcontracting suddenly fell on my shoulders. Despite the great pressure, I am as energetic as chicken blood. Finally, it is the' precipitation period' from March this year to now. I have basically mastered the professional subcontracting work, and I am eager to seek innovation and change in my daily work and improve myself.

9. I have been working for almost a year, and the most challenging work experience was May 438+February last year. I just took over the professional subcontracting work from the master elder brother for less than a month. The second and twelfth tenders of the port area began to enter the site, and a series of projects such as earthwork, pile foundation and supporting dewatering followed. The commencement of this kind of project means the beginning of the whole project, and the speed of entry directly reflects our organizational ability, reflective ability and performance ability, which is an important reference factor for the owners to impress and evaluate our company. Therefore, in this kind of professional subcontracting work, it is the key to reflect the professional subcontracting ability to contact resources in time, quickly compile bidding documents, grasp key points and overcome resistance. Fortunately, the bid opening of nine projects was successfully completed within half a month, which cooperated with many construction units in the leading port area of the project, showing the quality of "always striving for the first place" of the people in the Third Bureau.

10. Summing up the past year, let's talk about the future.

First of all, let me analyze some shortcomings at present: the first thing to bear the brunt is the lack of on-site experience and the lack of confidence in the pricing of some professional subcontracting projects. Secondly, in the complex professional subcontracting work, it is still impossible to completely distinguish between primary and secondary, resulting in low work efficiency. Finally, my sense of summing up is not strong, which easily leads to the backlog problem not being solved in time and effectively.

12. In view of the above shortcomings, I have also formulated some corresponding measures, hoping to be solved in the future work. First of all, in view of the rationality of pricing, we must squeeze out more time to go to the market and on-site inspection, and continue to adhere to the comprehensive unit price analysis system; Secondly, in terms of bidding efficiency, the project is required to submit the bidding plan monthly so that the department can arrange the bidding time reasonably; Finally, in dealing with the remaining problems, we must summarize and report to the leaders regularly and deal with all kinds of problems dynamically in a rolling way.

For the next two years, my plan is as follows: First, I will still do a good job in professional subcontracting at hand to ensure the steady progress and healthy development of professional subcontracting bidding in the branch; Secondly, gradually contact with the business work of the project, learn professional knowledge and skills, lay a good foundation, and prepare for going to the project in the future; Finally, constantly hone yourself in the project, make up the gap between yourself and your colleagues as soon as possible, and become an independent business person as soon as possible.
