Trainers must master two basic knowledge:

For any professional, his attitude towards work and life will directly affect the efficiency of work, the performance of the company and his career. The duty of a trainer is not only to impart knowledge, but also to inspire students to think and develop their enthusiasm and potential. If he doesn't have a positive, confident and responsible attitude, it will be difficult to do this job well and it will be difficult to influence his students.
Excellent trainers will have a positive attitude towards life and correct values. In their work, they will show: serious and responsible, caring, enthusiastic, meticulous, patient, flexible, open, honest, humorous, quick-thinking, calm and objective.
