I remember when the CPS-A sample came out, I was in a hurry to get the sample. I immediately informed the salesman and contacted a printing and dyeing factory in Shaoxing at noon the next day. When we arrived, we found that salesmen and technicians from two other additive factories were also there. Just in time for delivery? Or has the printing and dyeing factory notified? Is it a curse? Is it a blessing? As soon as the product comes out, we have to meet our opponents with our bare hands, which is unexpected. "When I came, it was very safe." Anyway, the products will compete sooner or later, so it is better to find them early. There is no room for hesitation. With high trust in the quality of the company's products and experience after many sample experiments, we are very confident. From introducing the characteristics, usage, dosage and application performance of CPS-A to the technical director of printing and dyeing factory to the problems needing attention in use; From product weighing, cloth feeding, feeding, sample cutting to setting, we always keep an eye on every process of the sample. The sun has gone down, and workers and other auxiliary manufacturers have gone to eat, but our technicians, salesmen and drivers of Chuanhua still stick to their posts and never leave their pockets without complaint. At 8: 40 pm, the tense moment finally arrived. After careful and harsh evaluation, the technical director of the printing and dyeing factory announced that the products of Chuanhua were the best! I will never forget a question that I always ask when I enter the company for an interview: "What do you think of three monks who have no water to eat? By chance, I came to Chuanhua: from June, 5438 to early February, 2000, when I went to the Ministry of Science and Technology in Beijing to report the related projects of the National 863 Program, Professor Shen of Zhejiang University specially called me from Hangzhou, saying that there was a Chuanhua Group in Xiaoshan, Hangzhou, which was going to build a provincial agricultural high-tech demonstration park. Through the contact with Professor Xu of Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences and the introduction of relevant leaders of Chuanhua Group, I deeply feel that the leadership of Chuanhua Group is full of vigor and courage that has never been seen for many years. In order to make agricultural demonstration projects really produce good benefits, we must try our best to reduce the cost and operating expenses of agricultural facilities. Accordingly, when I was in charge of organizing the training project design, on the one hand, I arranged the equipment selection scheme according to the principle of economy and practicality. For example, the fixed culture rack adopts the combination of frames, which not only improves the uniformity of indoor illumination and temperature, saves management labor, enhances firmness and durability, but also greatly saves costs. In addition, we have independently developed some equipment that can greatly improve labor efficiency. On the other hand, in the design of the tissue culture building, a world-leading large-scale natural light collection system has been created, which consists of a large-area lighting building structure and a movable culture rack. This unique design that has become a reality has won unanimous praise from experts in the same industry.

Because agricultural parks introduce self-controlled greenhouses from abroad, it is difficult to make profits in many places in China, mainly because of high depreciation expenses and huge energy consumption. After careful analysis, I found that at present, the cultivation racks in self-controlled greenhouses all over the world adopt single-layer structure, and their common feature is that the effective space utilization rate of greenhouses is low, which leads to great waste of natural light energy and temperature control energy, and finally leads to high production costs. In fact, the current greenhouse cultivation frame structure has only a very thin photosynthetic layer, so the utilization rate of light energy is low (excess light energy is either blocked back by the shading system or discharged by the cooling system). I think the utilization of light energy has great potential to be tapped. Accordingly, I started with the transformation of the cultivation frame structure in the greenhouse, so that the natural light energy and temperature adjustment in the greenhouse can be used to the maximum extent, and at the same time, with the help of intelligent monitoring system, various environmental factors such as illumination, temperature, moisture and fertilizer can be flexibly controlled, thus greatly reducing the production cost of automatic greenhouse cultivation. The system has applied for national patent. In addition, the experiment of this system has been included in the national scientific research plan in 2002. I hope this system can bring greater economic and social benefits to the company and society.
