Training on technical management norms of peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment
Physicians who intend to engage in peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment should receive training in peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment system for not less than 6 months.

(1) training base.

The provincial health administrative department shall designate the first-and second-level peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment surgical training base in this area, and organize the first-and second-level peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment physician training.

The training base of peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment of the Ministry of Health is responsible for the training of peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment above level 3, and meets the following conditions:

1. a first-class hospital, and approved by the provincial health administrative department to carry out peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment surgery.

2. The total number of beds in medical imaging department (interventional radiology), general surgery (vascular surgery) and cardiovascular surgery is not less than 200, of which the total number of beds in peripheral vascular intervention is not less than 30.

3. There are at least 5 guiding physicians with peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment qualifications, including at least 2 chief physicians.

4. There are personnel, technology, equipment and facilities suitable for peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment training.

5. Every year, no less than 500 cases of peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment are completed, including no less than 300 cases of peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment above grade III. In medical institutions that carry out peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment, the annual incidence rate of serious complications related to interventional diagnosis and treatment should be less than 5% and the mortality rate should be less than 2%.

6. The academic level of related majors ranks among the top in China and has strong influence in the local area.

(2) Basic requirements of training.

1. The training program and training materials uniformly compiled by the Ministry of Health shall be used for the training of interventional diagnosis and treatment of peripheral blood vessels above level 3.

2. Make a training plan to ensure that the trained doctors complete the required training within the specified time.

3. Regularly test and evaluate the theoretical knowledge and practical ability of the trained doctors during the training period as required; After the training, evaluate the trained doctors and submit relevant information in time.

4. Establish training, examination and assessment files for each trained physician, and make attendance records.

5. Decide the number of doctors to be trained according to the actual situation and training ability.

(3) Training requirements for peripheral vascular interventional physicians.

1. Under the guidance of a superior doctor, as an operator, at least 50 cases of peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment were completed, including at least 30 cases of vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment above grade 3, and passed the examination.

2. Under the guidance of superior doctors, participate in the whole process management of patients with peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment, including preoperative evaluation, interpretation of diagnostic examination results, consultation of other disciplines, peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment operation, record of interventional diagnosis and treatment operation process, perioperative treatment, intensive care treatment and postoperative follow-up.

3. Doctors who have been trained in peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment system abroad for more than 6 months and completed the prescribed number of cases, have training certificates from training institutions and passed the examination can be regarded as meeting the prescribed training requirements.
