Application conditions:

1. Enterprises that provide cross-border electronic commerce enterprises with professional services including software services, training and education, intellectual property rights, fiscal and taxation support, marketing and promotion, after-sales service, industry information, legal support, etc. (excluding logistics and distribution, freight forwarding services and overseas warehouse services).

2. Serving more than 50 cross-border electronic commerce enterprises and the professional service income of cross-border electronic commerce in 20021year is not less than100000 yuan;

3. In 2020 and 20021year, the annual growth rate of professional service income in cross-border electronic commerce shall be no less than 20%.

(two) cross-border electronic commerce customs supervision places service award project.

Support content: promote the improvement of cross-border e-commerce customs clearance nodes in our city, support the optimization of customs clearance supervision sites, and enhance the import and export customs clearance service capabilities of local cross-border e-commerce.

Support standard: 3 well-operated cross-border e-commerce supervision places will be rewarded with 5 million yuan, 3 million yuan and 2 million yuan respectively, and the cumulative number of rewards for a single place within 5 years will not exceed 3 times.

Application conditions:

1. The cross-border electronic commerce customs clearance supervision place invested and built in the local city conforms to the Interim Measures for the Administration of Customs Supervision Areas in People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Code for the Establishment of Customs Supervision Places (Places), and has obtained the Enterprise Registration Certificate for Operating Customs Supervision Places;

2. The place is approved by the customs to carry out import and export business in cross-border electronic commerce.

I. Supporting contents and standards

Support content: promote the application of e-commerce in local advantageous industries, and give support to associations or enterprises that gather local advantageous industrial enterprises, open local shopping malls on third-party platforms, and sell locally manufactured and locally branded goods. In this application guide, local advantageous industries refer to consumer electronics, clothing, underwear, furniture, watches, gold jewelry, beauty cosmetics, leather, glasses, beauty salons and food industries.

4. There are more than 30 local brands on sale and goods on sale, and the proportion of all brands in the mall is not less than 70%;
