The process of renewing nurse's practice license and related tips
Nurse's card is a necessary work permit for nurses. For nurses who have graduated for 2/3 years, they should be more aware of the importance of licenses. This paper will introduce the process and related tips for you to reissue the nurse's card, hoping to help you better understand this knowledge.

Prepare the necessary materials

To reissue the nurse's practice certificate, it is necessary to prepare the report of loss issued by the registered unit (with the official seal of the unit) and an individual's application for reissue, as well as a copy of the applicant's ID card (copied on A4 paper on both sides) and a recent photo with no hat on the front and no ornaments on the white background.

Audit materials

Bring the above materials to the local health talent exchange center for review. After the examination and approval, the materials shall be submitted to the Nurse Registration Office of the Provincial Health Department for examination and confirmation.

Obtain a certificate

After submitting the materials, 30 working days later, I took my ID card to the original submitting institution to get the reissued certificate. If you need to collect it on your behalf, you need to hold the original ID cards of both parties.
