The school-running level integrates five-year higher vocational education (3+2 junior college), two-year high school technical secondary school, three-year technical secondary school and on-the-job archival cadre training.
Professional and complete
Five-year higher vocational colleges offer secretarial, computer application technology, hotel management and e-commerce majors. Technical secondary schools offer 10 majors, including secretarial, file management, preschool education, computer application, use and maintenance of agricultural machinery, folk traditional crafts (carving direction), service and management for the elderly, community public affairs management, operation and management of high-star hotels, and e-commerce.

The major of secretary and archives management is the key major of the school. The main courses offered include not only the professional knowledge of secretarial and file management, but also the relevant contents of civil service examination, which creates conditions for students to take the civil service examination.
