1. For new employees in general positions, the total pre-job training hours shall be no less than 24 hours, including no less than 8 hours for team-level safety training.

2. The total pre-job training hours for new employees in special positions such as hazardous chemicals shall not be less than 72 hours, of which the safety training time at the team level shall not be less than 24 hours.
