I always thought I was eloquent, but I couldn't communicate effectively with people. Although there is some progress now, there is still a long way to go. The key is self-confidence and stability. Independent ability also needs to be strengthened and accumulated through practice. I believe it will be better in the future.

3. Professional attitude

Lawyers need a serious attitude, which I absolutely agree with now. After 80, I am a little young and frivolous. I think I can change many things. I am unique, so I do whatever I want. And such arrogance has brought some bad consequences to the work. Legal work needs to be treated with a serious attitude. In fact, I think what is rigid is a serious and responsible professional attitude. I will change my immature and steady side and do what I should do in the future.

In addition, as a trainee lawyer, you can't be afraid of losing. Many people are unpaid during their internship, so they will complain about the tasks assigned by the institute for a long time, or they will not work in the institute directly. I think this is a terrible place. You can learn something without salary, which is also a kind of accumulation, which is helpful for your future lawyer career.
