3. Marketing Department: responsible for marketing activities, publicity and promotion, and improving the popularity and reputation of Taiyuan Tour Guide Association.
4. Training Department: responsible for planning and organizing various training and examination activities to improve the quality and ability of tour guides.
5. Information Department: responsible for collecting, sorting out and publishing information on Taiyuan tourism resources and related policies and regulations, and providing reference for tour guides.
6. Supervision Department: responsible for supervising and inspecting the service quality and code of conduct of tour guides, and maintaining industry order and consumer rights.
