Provisions on the Administration of Taxi Driver's Qualification

Article 10 To apply for taking the taxi driver qualification examination, the following conditions shall be met:

(a) to obtain the corresponding motor vehicle driver's license for more than 3 years;

(two) no major traffic accidents have occurred in the past three years and bear the same responsibility.

Eleventh to apply for the taxi driver qualification examination, it shall provide the certification materials that meet the requirements of Article 10:

In addition to the qualification certificate (road passenger transport qualification certificate), there are also taxi driver qualification certificate, professional qualification certificate, taxi employee security registration certificate, bus driver rotation training certificate, taxi driver security prevention skills training certificate, and motor vehicle driver health rescue training certificate. (If it is a gas car, there is also a cng driver training certificate. )
