1, the laboratory director is responsible for the laboratory safety work, and the experimenter is responsible for the daily management and inspection of the laboratory safety.
2, laboratory safety must conscientiously implement the policy of "safety first, prevention first, comprehensive management", formulate and implement the laboratory safety management system and instrument operation procedures.
3. Post the information or information board of the person in charge of safety at the door of the laboratory. The contents include warning signs of safety risk points, safety responsible persons, risk categories involved, protective measures and effective emergency contact numbers. And will be updated in time.
4. All kinds of items in the laboratory should be neatly stacked, indoor ventilation and dry ground should be maintained, waste items should be cleaned up in time, fire exits should be kept unobstructed, and it is easy to access protective equipment and fire fighting equipment, and the main power supply should be turned off.
5. Anyone who enters the laboratory must be trained in safety knowledge, safety skills and operating specifications. Those who have not passed the relevant safety inspection and obtained qualified results are not allowed to enter the laboratory.
6. Before entering the laboratory for experiments, the instructor must first explain the safety knowledge and requirements related to the laboratory and the contents of this experiment.
7. The experimenter should be familiar with the laboratory environment. Be familiar with the location of water, electricity and gas valves and safe passages, and remember the emergency telephone number. Familiar with the location and use of various fire fighting and emergency equipment. Make clear the location and operation procedures of fire fighting equipment, switches, emergency spray devices and other facilities, and be familiar with emergency measures and procedures.
8. Smoking, eating and sleeping are prohibited in the laboratory, and articles unrelated to the laboratory are prohibited. No slapstick chasing, no wearing open-toed shoes and shorts into the laboratory.
9. It is forbidden to pull wires in the laboratory without permission, and it is forbidden to pile up items near heating equipment such as ovens and resistance furnaces or cooling equipment such as refrigerators. Always check refrigerators, ovens and other devices that have been powered on for a long time, and promptly eliminate hidden dangers or scrap expired equipment.
10, laboratory personnel must abide by the provisions of the laboratory, strictly implement the operating procedures, make records, understand the potential experimental risks and emergency methods in the laboratory, and take necessary safety protection measures.
Pay special attention to the hazards of dangerous chemicals, flammability, explosion, radiation, biological hazards, special equipment, mechanical transmission, high temperature and high pressure.
1 1. Before starting any new or changed experimental operation, all potential dangers in physics, chemistry and biology and corresponding safety measures must be understood. Please check the chemical safety instructions (SDS) before using chemicals.
12. The collection, storage and custody of flammable, explosive and highly toxic chemical reagents and high-pressure gas cylinders shall be strictly implemented in accordance with relevant regulations.
13, pay close attention to the experimental progress, and do not leave the post without authorization. At least two people were present during the dangerous experiment. It is forbidden to take anything out of the laboratory without permission. If there is any abnormality in the experiment, it should be reported to the instructor in time and handled safely in time.
14. Keep the laboratory clean and orderly, and clean or dispose of wastes in time. All experimental wastes should be placed in corresponding waste containers, and collected and treated by classification.
15. After the experiment, the last person who leaves the laboratory must check and close the water, electricity, gas, doors and windows of the whole laboratory.
In principle, instruments and equipment shall not be turned on all night, and necessary preventive measures must be taken when necessary. After the experiment or before leaving the laboratory, take measures to end or temporarily leave the experiment according to regulations, and close the instruments, equipment, water, electricity, gas, doors and windows, etc.
16. In case of fire, explosion, theft, loss, leakage, serious pollution and over-dose irradiation of dangerous goods, the emergency response plan should be started immediately according to the situation and effective emergency measures should be taken.
At the same time, report to the school authorities and security departments, and report to local public security, environmental protection, health and other administrative departments when necessary. The accident process and treatment shall be recorded in detail and filed.
