Have experience in pharmacological and toxicological research and/or drug non-clinical safety evaluation, and be able to independently carry out drug non-clinical safety evaluation and pharmacological and toxicological research; Proficient in pharmacology and toxicology theory, master GLP system and guiding principles.

6. Determination and publicity of the personnel to be employed
