Article 1 Principles for Formulating Articles of Association
According to the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant documents of the Beijing Education Administrative Department, in order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of candidates, recruit students according to law and combine the actual situation of the college, these Articles of Association are formulated.

Article 3 The enrollment plan of our college shall be announced by the competent departments of enrollment of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).
Article 4 Access principle
1. The enrollment of our college is conducted under the leadership of the Beijing Municipal Education Commission and under the unified organization of the enrollment committees of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), and the enrollment system of "schools are responsible for enrollment and supervision" stipulated by the Ministry of Education is implemented to select talents fairly and justly for the country;
2. According to the enrollment plan and the candidates' professional volunteers, according to the candidates' college entrance examination results, they are selected from high scores to low scores;
3. The transfer ratio shall not exceed 1.20% according to the situation of local students. For the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) that implement parallel volunteer, the relevant documents issued by the local admissions department shall be implemented;
4. Admit that the provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) have formulated the enrollment bonus policy according to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, and candidates who meet the conditions of extra points for care are treated according to the scores after extra points; 5, physical health in strict accordance with the Ministry of education, Ministry of health, China Disabled Persons' Federation issued the "Guiding Opinions" and related supplementary provisions;

Article 6 charging standards
The college strictly implements the tuition standard approved by Beijing Municipal Education Commission and Price Bureau. The charging standard for ordinary majors is 6000 yuan per student per year, and the charging standard for Chinese-foreign cooperative education majors is 12000 yuan per student per year.
Article 7 Relevant policies on student financial assistance
The college has a perfect "state-college-society" three-level scholarship funding system. Including more than 20 scholarships and grants, such as national scholarships, freshmen's professional awards and grants, the maximum amount of a single award is 8000 yuan/year, and the maximum amount of an academic year can be accumulated to 2 1000 yuan. Scholarships and grants can cover 50% of outstanding students and 100% of students with difficulties.
Article 8 report for duty
After entering the school, freshmen should report at the time required by the admission notice. Those who cannot attend school on time for some reason should ask for leave from the school in advance. Those who don't ask for leave are deemed to have given up their admission qualification.
Article 9 Re-examination of Admission Qualification
According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, the college will re-examine candidates within three months. Candidates who do not meet the admission conditions or practise fraud will be dealt with according to different situations until their admission qualification is cancelled.
Article 10 Ways of issuing graduation certificates
Students who have been admitted according to the national enrollment management regulations and obtained the official status of our school have completed the theoretical and practical teaching links stipulated in the teaching plan during their school days, and meet the graduation (completion) conditions stipulated in the Regulations on the Management of Student Status of Beijing Vocational College of Social Management, and are awarded corresponding academic certificates, and reported to the Beijing Municipal Education Commission for electronic registration. Article 11 Scope of application of the Articles of Association
These Articles of Association are applicable to the enrollment of general higher vocational education in Beijing Social Management Vocational College in 2020.

Article 13 Interpretation of Articles of Association
The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Student Office of Beijing Social Management Vocational College (Admissions and Employment Guidance Service Center) (Training Center of Ministry of Civil Affairs) and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
In case of any conflict between the Articles of Association and the national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies of the superior, the national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies of the superior shall prevail.
