Twenty-fifth to participate in continuing education is an important condition for insurance intermediary practitioners to apply for renewal of qualification certificates. Within 3 years after obtaining the qualification certificate, insurance intermediary practitioners must receive continuing education in accordance with the provisions of these measures every year.

Article 26 An insurance intermediary employee shall hold a training certificate for insurance intermediary employees, and the certificate shall accurately and completely record his participation in continuing education, including information such as training institutions, training courses, training hours, assessment results, training dates, etc. The training institutions shall be responsible for recording the information of participating in continuing education. The certificate shall be properly kept by myself, and the training certificate shall be presented when applying for renewal of qualification certificate. The training certificate is supervised by the China Insurance Regulatory Commission, and the insurance regulatory bureaus are responsible for supervising and inspecting the use of the certificate. Those who provide false training certificates or training records will be punished in accordance with relevant regulations.

Article 27 A training institution shall submit an annual training report to the insurance supervision and administration institution before June 65438+1October 3 1 every year. The report shall include the contents, methods and time of continuing education for insurance intermediary practitioners in the previous year and the training plan for this year. Insurance regulatory agencies have the right to require training institutions to provide training reports at a certain stage.

Twenty-eighth insurance regulatory agencies should strengthen the supervision and inspection of the continuing education of insurance intermediary employees, and order the training institutions that do not have the ability to carry out the continuing education of insurance intermediary employees to make corrections. If it fails to correct or issue a false training certificate within the time limit, the insurance regulatory agency will issue an announcement, and its training certificate will no longer be used as an effective basis for the renewal of the qualification certificate.

Article 29 Insurance intermediaries organize their own business personnel to participate in training organized by training institutions that have not been announced by insurance regulatory agencies, and their training certificates shall not be used as an effective basis for the renewal of qualification certificates.
