The requirements for property management personnel are as follows:

Property manager refers to the person who manages the houses and their ancillary facilities put into use and provides various comprehensive paid services to the owners and users. Property management personnel must have a high school education or above, have certain observation ability and strong expression and calculation ability, and are one of the occupations that implement employment access.

Full-time vocational school education is determined according to its training objectives and teaching plan.
