In the event of an occupational hazard accident, it is necessary to check the implementation of the occupational health training of the employer according to law, and punish those who have not been trained strictly according to law.

First, training objectives

Four. Related requirements

(1) According to the provisions of Article 35 of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases, the principal responsible person and occupational health management personnel of the employing unit shall receive occupational health training. All regions should attach great importance to and strictly organize training.

(2) In order to ensure the training effect, the regional training plan shall be submitted to the Occupational Safety and Health Supervision and Management Office of the Provincial Bureau for review five days in advance, and the teaching experts shall be selected and determined by the Provincial Bureau from the occupational health expert database.

(3) After the training, the examination will be organized by the provincial bureau. Those who pass the examination will be awarded the training certificate of the principal person in charge of enterprise occupational health and the training certificate of enterprise occupational health management personnel. Participants in the training need to prepare 1 copy of ID card and 2 two-inch color bareheaded photos.
