After being listed as the development target, it will take some time for the party organization to do a good job in political review, short-term centralized training, branch Committee review, and primary party Committee review. After the grassroots Party committee prequalified the development object, the Party branch should generally submit it to the branch meeting within one month to discuss the reception and preparation of party member.

If party member is unable to attend the meeting for some reason and formally submits written opinions to the branch, it will be counted as votes. When discussing the participation of more than two people at the party branch meeting, we must discuss and vote one by one.

The development object to fill in the "Volunteer Letter for Joining the Party" must be approved by the higher-level party organization. The Party branch committee strictly examines the "Volunteer Letter for Joining the Party" and related materials filled out by the development object, and submits them to the Party branch meeting for discussion after being considered qualified through collective discussion.

When accepting and preparing party member at the Party branch meeting, the applicant should report his understanding of the Party, his motivation to join the Party, his resume and the problems that need to be explained to the Party organization. The Party branch committee shall report the deliberation of the applicant to the general assembly.

Party member fully discussed whether the applicant can join the Party and voted by show of hands or secret ballot. Only when the number of people in favor exceeds half of the official party member, which should have the right to vote at the meeting, can the resolution of party member be accepted and prepared.

Apply to join the party (2 steps)

The first step is to submit an application for joining the Party. Those who apply to join the Party shall apply to join the Party in writing. The application for joining the party is generally written by myself, and the handwriting should be neat, and key information such as date should not be altered. Computer printing is not recommended.

Step two, the party organization sends people to talk. The Party branch carefully examines the applications received for joining the Party, mainly depending on whether the applicant meets the conditions for applying for joining the Party. After the examination, the secretary, deputy secretary or organization member will be sent to talk with the party applicants within 1 month, so as to know the basic situation in time, help them improve their ideological consciousness and correct their motivation to join the party.
