What are the real opportunities in the digitalization process of education and training industry in the next few decades?
Thank you @ Hu Weiwei for inviting me. I put it off for a month. Concentrate on paying off debts today. On this issue, I want to fight for it and see if I can connect the dots in my career.

The first is the educational concept itself.

Dewey, an educational philosopher, had a vivid metaphor 100 years ago: a reliable education is like a bridge, and the left bank of the bridge is the starting point, which is human nature; The right bank of the bridge is the need of society. The most familiar teaching materials, educational system and so on are this bridge. The problem now is that we put these things in the hands of educators every day, and the closer we get, the bigger we get. Over time, the bridge actually broke away from the two sides and became independent. That is to say, on the one hand, educators ignore the foundation of education-humanity, on the other hand, they ignore the needs of the present society. Only "money" is connected with campus and society, and the rest are static and isolated.

Speaking of opportunities, I think they exist objectively and are unprecedented. The fundamental reason is that "the ideological world is more similar to the digital world than the real world." They are all nonlinear and hyperlinked. "Quoted from" Future Thoughts ",I think this is a structural internal consistency. Especially in today's era, "complexity" has become a feature of the times. The problem structure in the real world is nonlinear and heterogeneous, and the corresponding solutions must be diversified. Because of this feature of the real world, the description and solution of problems in the educational process may have to be organized in a digital way. This is a basic need.

Therefore, I believe that "digital+interactive design" will bring problems and a new way of knowledge organization (the superposition of imaginary AR layers), which can give new clarity to the description of situation and event structure and guide learners to intervene in a new thinking process. This must be great. The interaction design here is not limited to digital interfaces.

Another opportunity should be "social+experience design". Socialization can gather wisdom and collect holographic images of problems, while experienced designers can make the whole process conform to human nature and full of educational value.

On the whole, it is not easy to break the game, but the opportunity exists objectively. It is still possible to choose the right knowledge field, fully understand the learning principle and give full play to the design thinking.
