The regulations and training policies of Henan Province are as follows:

1. The detailed policy for training medical students is a reliable way to train clinicians who can independently and standardize the work of disease diagnosis and treatment on the basis of standardized training for residents. The main training mode is "5+3+X", that is, after five years of medical undergraduate education and three years of standardized training for residents.

2. Core content: "5+3+X", that is, after five years of medical undergraduate education, three years of standardized training for residents and two to four years of standardized training for specialists, according to the requirements of various training standards for specialists.
