1. Open the valve of the gas cylinder, fill the gas into the gas inlet of the chromatograph, and check whether the connecting ports of the gas inlet and the gas outlet are connected correctly.
2. Install the chromatographic column in the chromatograph, and select the corresponding nozzle to connect with the column bottom according to its specifications.
3. Ensure that the connection port between the chromatographic column and the nozzle is clean, and do not touch the connection port directly by hand to avoid pollution.
4. Add a washer and a leakage plug at the joint between the nozzle and the bottom of the tower.
5. Tighten the nozzle and chromatographic column with a wrench, but don't use too much force to avoid damaging the nozzle or column bottom.
6. Open the gas valve at the gas inlet of the chromatograph and adjust the flow to ensure the normal operation of the nozzle.
