Pre-training questions and post-training questions of trainers
There are two time points for the lecturer to ask questions: one is before the training and the other is after the training.

First, ask questions before training

Some teachers give lectures, and students already know. He still talks nonsense, the teacher is tired and the students are bored. Sometimes, teachers downplay it just because students don't. Teachers in China generally lack pre-training questions. If every teacher in the country understands the pre-training questions thoroughly, the memory of students in the country will be improved by at least 20%. Students below 80 points can at least increase 10 points; Students below 50 points can get at least 20 points.

What is asking questions before training? It's a problem before anything gets to the point.

Pre-training questions have four purposes:

(1) attraction. Pull students from the last knowledge point to the next knowledge point, and attract students' hearts to the next content.

(2) get to know it. Examine the students' mastery of this content and judge what level and level the teacher should talk about, whether to focus on it or skim it. I want to talk about a new content. I asked three people. If all three people answer well, just turn the slide over and the teacher won't have to talk. If these three people can't answer, everyone doesn't know, so I have to bite the bullet and say this. If your answer is ok and not profound, I will briefly say it. Therefore, we will focus on it, talk about it and not talk about it. The point is not necessarily the important content, but the content that everyone doesn't understand when I ask.

(3) thinking. Stimulate students to think and use their brains. Brainstorming is the best course.

(4) interaction. Make the course more interactive and enhance the atmosphere.

Second, ask questions after training

After China's teacher finished a knowledge point, she took it for granted that I would tell you. In fact, the teacher taught, but there was no interaction. After finishing a knowledge point, the first review can enhance the memory, and even after five or six times, the reviewer will never forget it. The best review is on-site review. Teachers in China generally lack questions after training. And we will ask questions after each knowledge point is finished.

What is asking questions after training? It is to ask 2-3 people questions after each content.

Post-training questions have four purposes:

(1) Disconnect. Disconnect from a knowledge point and tell everyone that the content is finished and you can catch your breath.

(2) review. Ask a person and he answers once, which is equivalent to everyone learning and teaching for the second time.

(3) review. Judge whether you have learned it. If you haven't learned it, the teacher will say it again.

(4) interaction. Make the course more interactive and enhance the atmosphere.

Conclusion: Teachers must master high-level questioning skills before and after training.
