Huangshan Oriental Painting and Calligraphy Institute, located in the scenic Huangshan Scenic Area, is a "social organization legal person" unit registered by the national non-governmental organization management agency (registration number: Huangshan Shezheng Zi No. [2009]00 1) is a professional academic institution that researches, creates, educates and exchanges calligraphy. Brief introduction of the president of the Painting Academy: Liu Dongfang (also known as Liu Bin), male, Han nationality, 1972, from Taihe County, Anhui Province, now lives in Huangshan Mountain. 16 years old studied painting with Mr. Zhang Penglv, a famous painter in northern Anhui, which lasted for three years. After studying in Hefei, he studied under famous painters such as Zhang Jianzhong and Guo Gongda, focusing on Chinese paintings and landscapes. Later, he traveled many beautiful mountains and rivers in the motherland and learned natural nutrition. Ink and wash techniques are becoming more and more mature. They gradually evolved from China's traditional techniques and initially formed their own painting style. All their Chinese paintings are rigorous in structure and peculiar in conception, all of which are derived from the absorption and refinement of natural elements, which truly embodies the supreme realm of artistic works "from life" and "above life", and explains their sincerity to life and love for nature with their rich ink and wash techniques.

He is currently a member of Sichuan Artists Association, honorary consultant of Taiwan Province Bafang Art Association, and member of Anhui Young Artists Association. He is currently the president of Huangshan Oriental Painting and Calligraphy Institute.
