Second, the training objectives

Establish a teacher training leading group and initially establish a teacher professional development training system based on kindergarten-based training. Actively carry out teacher professional development training focusing on teachers' development needs, including kindergarten-based training, centralized training and distance training. Strive to explore and improve the effectiveness of teacher training activities, and strive to build a team of high-quality teachers with noble ethics and distinctive teaching characteristics.

Three. Training task

1. In this school year, the average time for in-service teachers to participate in professional development training reached 72 hours, including 24 hours of kindergarten-based training. Try to arrange not less than 10% of teachers in each subject to participate in full-time centralized training. Ensure that each teacher's training time is generally not less than 48 hours and not more than 144 hours at most.

2, in order to complete the cycle of the class teacher should participate in the special training task of not less than 30 hours, and actively carry out special training for the class teacher.
