Where can I get a sailing license?
The ship's driving license was tested at the Maritime Safety Administration. The Maritime Safety Administration is responsible for the training, examination and certification management of seafarers, pilots and compass calibrators. To get a ship driver's license, you need to register with the local maritime safety administration (two two-inch color photos with a white background, a diagnosis certificate from a county-level hospital and a copy of your ID card). Then go to the training school designated by the Maritime Safety Administration for one to two months of training, and pass the national unified seafarers' competency certificate examination before obtaining the certificate. Three types of certificates are easier than one or two.

Requirements for ship driver's license examination:

(1) The Crew Service Book has been obtained.

(2) Conforming to the health standards for the competent posts of inland river ship crew as stipulated by the national maritime administrative agency.

(3) Having received the competency training for the crew of inland river vessels corresponding to the categories and job qualifications of the competency certificates applied for.

(4) Having passed the competency examination for the crew of inland river vessels in the subjects prescribed by the national maritime administrative agency.

(5) Having the qualification of effective water service for the crew of inland river vessels as stipulated in the annex to these Rules, and having good performance and safety record.
