Guangxi traffic Vocational and Technical College, formerly known as guangxi traffic School, is a national key technical secondary school founded in 1958, and is affiliated to the Communications Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

Approved by the people's government of the autonomous region in 2002, it was upgraded to a public full-time ordinary higher vocational college. It is the only college in Guangxi that trains transportation professionals, an excellent college for talent training and evaluation in higher vocational colleges of the Ministry of Education, a national demonstration college for transportation vocational education, an independent demonstration vocational college, the first construction unit of the training platform for transportation industry management cadres of the Ministry of Transport, the leading unit of guangxi traffic transportation education and training platform, and the only designated training institution for military noncommissioned officers in Guangxi.
