1, scope of work
The custody class is mainly responsible for daily custody, transportation, academic counseling and habit formation. The training course is mainly responsible for training students to improve their academic performance.
2. Qualification requirements
In addition to the basic business license and tax registration certificate, if the custody class is not responsible for the training business, it is actually not necessary to apply for a school license, but the custody class generally provides catering services, and some full-time classes also provide rest places, so it is necessary to apply for a food safety license and related certificates; Training institutions need to apply for a school license to start training, and other types of documents are not required.
3. Teacher requirements
Trusteeship classes have low requirements for teachers, because they are mainly responsible for taking care of students and guiding homework. Some trusteeship classes can also meet the requirements by recruiting part-time college students. Training courses are different, and professional teachers are needed to provide learning services for students. General training institutions need teacher qualification certificates for classes, but trusteeship classes do not.
4. Site selection conditions
Custody classes need to pick up and drop off children, which is inconvenient to be far from the school, so they are generally located near the school; Training courses do not need to pick up and drop off children, and they will generally be held in places with convenient transportation and close to communities or business districts.
There is still a big difference between custody classes and training classes, but now many custody classes not only provide custody services, but also provide education and training. Such a custody class can also be called a custody education institution, which is actually a combination of custody class and training class.
