Responsible for coordinating school leaders to guide sub-(association) management departments and contact units to carry out educational practice activities, organize and implement democratic appraisal of middle-level leading cadres of sub-(association) management departments and contact units, and participate in important meetings of educational practice activities of sub-(association) management departments and contact units; In conjunction with the branch (association) management, contact school leaders to review the implementation plan of educational practice activities of grassroots party committees (general branches), the plans of special democratic life meetings of various units, the control inspection materials and the rectification plan; Participate in the mobilization meeting of grassroots party committees (general branches), the special democratic life meeting of middle-level leading bodies and leading cadres of all units, and the summary meeting of grassroots party committees (general branches); Understand the development of educational practice activities in various units and supervise the implementation of various work requirements of the school.

Second, the working mechanism

The school has set up a supervision team headed by Xu Lan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and its members include all members of the Discipline Inspection Commission and full-time discipline inspection and supervision cadres. The daily office of the supervision team is subordinate to the office of the school discipline inspection commission and the supervision room, and there are six working groups responsible for supervision (see the annex for details).

Third, the method steps

(1) Preparatory work

1. Concentrate on learning and training. All members of the steering group attended the training meeting, studied the relevant documents, leadership speeches and policy provisions of the central government, and made clear the work requirements and methods and steps.

2. Make supervision work plan. Study and formulate the supervision work plan, clarify the division of tasks, refine the work arrangement, and report it to the office of the leading group for school educational practice activities.

3. Collect relevant information. Combined with the school's annual assessment, special inspection, office style evaluation and usual understanding of the situation, the problems existing in the style of leading bodies and leading cadres in various units are sorted out.

4. Communicate with the heads of all units. Understand the preparation of educational practice activities, clarify the working contact mechanism, and listen to opinions and suggestions on supervision.

1. Review and prepare relevant materials. Manage with the branch (association) and contact the school leaders to review the educational practice plan of the grass-roots party Committee (general branch), read the relevant materials of the mobilization meeting, and put forward opinions and suggestions.
