What impressed me most was: "If you want to succeed, you must have good ideas first". As the saying goes, a good starting point is half the battle. As long as the original intention is well thought out, there will be a great chance. So I think what I should learn now is to sort out my thoughts and come up with some good ideas. What works for you will also work for the company. This training session mainly gives us some ideas to solve problems and deal with things. I think there are three things that are very useful to me.

1. When encountering several difficult problems, concretize the problems and solve them separately. Not all problems are difficult problems. We can break them down into small problems and solve them one by one. So it won't be too difficult.

2. When thinking about solutions to problems, verify your ideas with practical actions. If you just don't do it, all your ideas are empty dreams, and you never know whether your ideas will come true.

No matter what you do, be honest with others! I think honesty is very important in both life and work. Because only with your own sincerity can you gain the trust of others.

As a newcomer, I won't say too much, but I will always remember these words and principles, and I will always remember this lesson no matter whether I have the opportunity to continue in this family in the future. I think I will try my best to blend in here and open up my own world. In this training, I have gained a lot, which I can't fully understand overnight. Under the influence of the company culture, I will study hard and grow myself into a qualified employee as soon as possible, but I hope that one day I will be more than just an employee, because I deeply know that soldiers who don't want to be generals are not good soldiers.
