Registration time: Online registration will be started at 9:00 am on August 15. Candidates log in to Chenzhou Education Bureau (/) at the specified time, click "Special Column", then click "Language" to enter the online registration system of Putonghua Proficiency Test, click "I want to register", select the registration page of Chenzhou City, select the examination time, and fill in their real identity information accurately according to the prompts of the registration system (it cannot be modified after submission), otherwise the name of Putonghua Proficiency Test Grade Certificate will appear.

1. Please download, print and fill in the Letter of Commitment on Health Card and Safety Test for Candidates of Mandarin Proficiency Test in Chenzhou City in August 2022 in the "Language" column of official website (/) of Chenzhou Education Bureau, and sign it and hand it over to the entrance and exit staff of the examination room.
2. Take the initiative to participate in nucleic acid testing, and get a negative nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours. Candidates should pay attention to the specific time schedule of the exam. Please complete the nucleic acid collection within 24 hours to 12 hours before the start of the test, so as to get the test results in time before the test.
3. Scan the place code at the entrance of the test center, show the health code, travel card, negative proof of nucleic acid within 48 hours, and accept temperature measurement.
Candidates should wear masks all the way to the test center and leave the test center after the exam, but they need to take off their masks briefly when the staff verifies their identity. Leave the test center in an orderly manner immediately after each examination period to avoid crowd gathering.
5. Pay close attention to and consciously cooperate with the latest regulations of local epidemic prevention work in test sites. Candidates should pay close attention to the inspection and epidemic prevention requirements officially issued by Chenzhou Education Bureau and abide by the latest inspection and epidemic prevention regulations. Candidates who fail to take the exam in violation of the requirements are at their own risk. One of the following circumstances shall not participate in the test:
(1) The health code of residents in Hunan Province is red or yellow;
(2) The communication big data travel card shows the residence history of medium and high-risk prefecture-level cities;
(3) Abnormal body temperature (measured above 37.3℃) accompanied by dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, diarrhea and other related symptoms;
(4) No negative report of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours was provided;
(5) Failing to provide the candidate's health card and safety examination commitment letter;
(6) Confirmed cases, suspected cases, asymptomatic infected persons treated in isolation in COVID-19, close contacts before the centralized isolation period, and personnel in medical observation period, home health observation period and daily health monitoring period.
6. Please pay close attention to the dynamic information of "Chinese" on the official website of Chenzhou Education Bureau (/). Dynamic information such as cancellation, extension and change of test sites will be published in official website, Chenzhou Education Bureau. Candidates should pay close attention to it so as not to affect the reference.
