Basic strategies in the workplace
CTRL+SHIFT+* (asterisk) selects the area around the current cell (the selected area is multiple areas contained in blank rows and columns).
SHIFT+ arrow keys extend the selected area by one cell width.
CTRL+SHIFT+ Arrow keys expand the selected area to the last non-blank cell in the same row or column as the active cell.
SHIFT+HOME extends the selected area to the beginning of the line.
CTRL+SHIFT+HOME extends the selection to the beginning of the worksheet.
CTRL+SHIFT+END extends the selected area to the last used cell (lower right corner) of the worksheet.
SHIFT+ spacebar to select the whole line.
If multiple cells are selected, only the current cell is selected.
SHIFT+PAGEDOWN expands the selected area down by one screen.
SHIFT+PAGEUP expands the selected area up by one screen.
CTRL+SHIFT+ spacebar selects all objects on the worksheet and one object at the same time.
SHIFT+F8 adds cells from other areas to the selected area.
Scrollllockshift+HOME extends the selected area to the cell in the upper left corner of the window.
Scrollllockshift+END expands the selected area to the lower right corner cell of the window.
SHIFT+F 1 1 or ALT+SHIFT+F 1 to insert a new worksheet.
SHIFT+CTRL+PAGEDOWN selects the current and next worksheet in the work.
SHIFT+CTRL+PAGEUP selects the current workbook or the previous workbook in the workbook.
SHIFT +DELETE permanently deletes the selected item without putting it in the background.
SHIFT+ENTER completes cell input and moves it up in the selected area.
SHIFT+TAB completes cell input and moves SHIFT+F2 to the left of the selected area to edit cell notes.
CTRL+SHIFT+F3 creates names based on row or column flags.
CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to enter the formula as an array formula.
CTRL+SHIFT+A After typing the function name in the formula, insert the variable name and parentheses of the function.
SHIFT+F3 pastes the function into the formula.
SHIFT+F9 calculates active sheet.
CTRL+SHIFT+: (colon) Enter the time.
CTRL+SHIFT+ "(double quotation marks) copies the value in the cell above the current cell into the current cell or the formula bar.
CTRL+SHIFT+~ applies the regular number format.
CTRL+SHIFT+S applies the "credit currency" format with two decimal places (negative numbers appear in brackets).
CTRL+SHIFT+% applies the "percentage" format without decimal places.
CTRL+SHIFT+# applies the date format.
CTRL+SHIFT+@ applies the hour and minute "time" format and indicates morning or afternoon.
CTRL+SHIFT+! Apply a number format with a thousand separator, and negative numbers are represented by a minus sign ().

CTRL+SHIFT+ ((left parenthesis) unhide the row.
CTRL+SHIFT+) (closing parenthesis) Unhides the column.
CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to enter the formula as an array formula.
CTRL+SHIFT+A After typing the function name in the formula, insert the variable name and parentheses of the function.
CTRL+SHIFT+ plus sign inserts a blank cell.
SHIFT+ENTER moves from bottom to top in the selected area.
SHIFT+TAB moves from right to left in the selected area. If only one column is selected, one cell is moved up.
