The flight training brigade based in Tianjin Binhai International Airport adopts the most advanced real aircraft training mode of China Civil Aviation at present, and two B737-300 aircraft are dedicated to the implementation of this training, undertaking the training and management of newly recruited pilots of Air China. The Flight Attendant Training Center is the first large-scale multifunctional training base in China to train flight attendants. The teachers in the center have senior flight attendant titles, teaching qualification certificate of IATA and teacher qualification certificate recognized by IATA CRM training. It has trained more than 80,000 trainees for nearly 40 airlines at home and abroad, and also provided training services for other industries that come here. At present, Air China University is under construction and will become a large-scale modern aviation talent training base with academic education in the future.
