When I was excited to relearn the remaining two courses, I found that there were no courses in my account. I called the customer service and was told that I had to fail the course to study for free. I was speechless.

Therefore, when I report to these online training institutions now, I will confirm them repeatedly before I report. Even so, I will still be deceived by them.
