Has anyone taken a course in my business school?
I have participated in many courses before, and every time I study, I teach us to improve our performance and tap customer needs. My family's staff helped me understand the "value of space". In the past, I always blamed the problems on employees and customers. I feel that employees don't do things well, and only after listening to the course do they know that they are the root of the problem. I never realized the value, space and profit of employees before. I just regard them as employees, never communicate with them, and I don't know what employees are thinking. After taking the Wo Jia course, I went back to the store to share my learning experience with the employees and help them make clear their desired results. Now employees are very active in the store, without me.
