Forklift driver's license (forklift license) is the People's Republic of China (PRC) special operation certificate issued by state administration of work safety. Forklift is only used in the workplace of this unit.

Before taking the forklift license, you must first learn to drive a forklift, and you must be trained through a formal training institution. Then the materials submitted by the training institutions will be assessed by the personnel of the Municipal Safety Supervision Bureau, and the forklift license can only be obtained after passing the theoretical and practical operation examinations.

1. If you need pre-test training, please ask the relevant training units for training fees and training materials.

2. The registration unit is: the special equipment safety supervision section of the local quality and technical supervision bureaus will register first, and the unified examination will be conducted after reaching a certain number.

3. The examination is organized by the examination center for special equipment operators.

4. Examination fee According to the local "Charging Standard for Safety Skills Examination for Operators of Special Equipment", the theoretical examination fee for professional technology is usually about/person in 40 yuan, and the actual operation examination fee is about 120 yuan/person.
