1. The subway belongs to the railway locomotive, and it will be trained and learned by the company to obtain the license after graduation from the railway vocational and technical school or after being recruited to the company.

2. Under normal circumstances, subway operators will generally sign agreements with vocational colleges and technical secondary schools in the city to recruit drivers by directional training. For example, students from China Railway Driver School and Transportation Vocational College can be recruited as key recipients. They systematically studied some theoretical knowledge and even practical courses such as fault simulation and handling of driving simulator before they joined the job.

However, these are not enough. After entering the subway operation company, they need to receive a lot of training, such as safety awareness education, practical courses, car-following learning, psychological quality, emergency treatment and many other links, and then they have to pass a lot of assessments, car-following internships and other assessments before they can officially take up their posts.
